Charlotte Kemp is an experienced speaker and trainer who has successfully used social media to promote her own career. Seeing how it would benefit other professionals and small business owners, not to mention NGOs and nonprofits, she began a series of training courses over a year ago under the banner of her training company Niche Training.
However, in spite of being able to cast a vision of how effective social media can be, Charlotte was unable to assist her delegates with the two next steps in their business: the implementation and a strategic roll out. In spite of repeated requests from delegates to perform exactly those functions, Charlotte resisted, knowing that she did not have the time or resources to deliver successfully what the clients needed. Ultimately, this is why Social Media Solutions was born.

Shawn Fouche
Shawn Fouché works on the infrastructure of the various social media platforms. Shawn is an engineer by profession so he brings a wonderful logical and structured approached to the creation.
As a Web Strategist and Developer, Shawn strives to deliver insights and solutions on social media technologies and their impact on how companies communicate with their customers. He works closely with the clients to craft and deliver successful, long-term strategies and solutions which bring together the customer and community needs as well as the business objectives. In addition to that he rolls up his sleeves and develops a wide range of solutions and applications across the many social media platforms to provide amazing working tools to be effectively used by clients to meet their needs.
Research, exploration and development of new and emerging technologies and applications is a passion of Shawn’s and an integral and on going part of what he does and the experience of this is immediately passed through to each of the clients.
